( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى السَّفَّاحِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

بِعْتُ بُرًّا مِنْ أَهْلِ السُّوقِ إِلَى أَجَلٍ ثُمَّ أَرَدْتُ الْخُرُوجَ إِلَى الْكُوفَةِ فَعَرَضُوا عَلَيَّ أَنْ أَضَعَ عَنْهُمْ وَيَنْقُدُونِي، فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ؓ، فَقَالَ: لَا آمُرُكَ أَنْ تَأْكُلَ هَذَا وَلَا تُؤْكِلَهُ
