( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ نَجْرَانَ يَقُولُ:

قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ أَسْأَلُكَ عَنِ السَّلَمِ فِي النَّخْلِ، فَقَالَ: أَمَّا السَّلَمُ فِي النَّخْلِ فَإِنَّ رَجُلًا أَسْلَمَ فِي نَخْلٍ لِرَجُلٍ فَلَمْ يَحْمِلْ ذَلِكَ الْعَامَ، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: بِمَ تَأْكُلُ مَالَهُ ؟ فَأَمَرَهُ فَرَدَّ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ نَهَى عَنِ السَّلَمِ فِي النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ
