( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ مَحْمُودٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثَنَا ابْنُ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ مُطِيعٍ الْغَزَّالِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ، قَالَ:

لَا تَحِلُّ التِّجَارَةُ فِي شَيْءٍ لَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ وَشُرْبُهُ
