( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ:

أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ، فَقَتَلْنَاهَا حَتَّى إِنْ كَانَتِ الْأَعْرَابِيَّةُ تَجِيءُ مَعَهَا كَلْبُهَا، فَنَقْتُلُهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْكِلَابَ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الْأُمَمِ أَكْرَهُ أَنْ أُفْنِيَهَا لَأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا، وَلَكِنِ اقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا كُلَّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ ذِي عَيْنَيْنِ بَيْضَاوَيْنِ
