( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ:

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: " مَا بَالِي وَالْكِلَابُ ؟ ". فَرَخَّصَ فِي كَلْبِ الرِّعَاءِ، وَكَلْبِ الصَّيْدِ
