( وَرَوَاهُ ) سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
مَنِ ابْتَاعَ سَرِقَةً وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهَا سَرِقَةٌ فَقَدْ أُشْرِكَ فِي عَارِهَا وَإِثْمِهَا
