( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ الزَّاهِدُ قَالَا: ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الزَّنْجِيُّ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَدَنِيِّ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ مَوْلَى الْأَنْصَارِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

" مَنِ اشْتَرَى سَرِقَةً وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهَا سَرِقَةٌ فَقَدْ أُشْرِكَ فِي عَارِهَا وَإِثْمِهَا
