( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ بِلَالٍ الْبَزَّازُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْأَحْمَسِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثَنَا وَكِيعُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
مَا كَانَ مِنْ شَرْطٍ لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ فَهُوَ بَاطِلٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مِائَةَ شَرْطٍ
