( وَرَوَاهُ ) سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ بِنَحْوِهِ. ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، فَذَكَرَهُ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
الْبَيِّعَانِ، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ
