( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ قَالَا: ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُحَفَّلَةً فَإِنَّ لِصَاحِبِهَا أَنْ يَحْتَلِبَهَا، فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْهَا، وَإِلَّا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ
