( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ عَوْفٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً أَوْ لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِأَحَدِ النَّظَرَيْنِ، بَيْنَ أَنْ يَرُدَّهَا وَإِنَاءً مِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ يَأْخُذَهَا
