أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ هُوَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ مَوْلَى ابْنِ أَبِي أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ
نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ: اسْتِكْرَاءُ الْأَرْضِ
