ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِعَطَاءٍ: وَمَا الْمُحَاقَلَةُ ؟ قَالَ: الْمُحَاقَلَةُ فِي الْحَرْثِ كَهَيْئَةِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ فِي النَّخْلِ سَوَاءً بَيْعُ الزَّرْعِ بِالْقَمْحِ، قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: فَقُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَفَسَّرَ لَكُمْ جَابِرٌ فِي الْمُحَاقَلَةِ كَمَا أَخْبَرْتَنِي ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
