مَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، ( قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي ) أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ قَالَا: ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ
