( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عُبَيْدَ بْنَ فَيْرُوزَ يَقُولُ:
قُلْتُ لِلْبَرَاءِ: حَدِّثْنِي عَمَّا كَرِهَ أَوْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنَ الْأَضَاحِيِّ، فَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ هَكَذَا بِيَدِهِ، وَيَدِي أَقْصَرُ مِنْ يَدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ: أَرْبَعٌ لَا تُجْزِي فِي الْأَضَاحِيِّ: الْعَوْرَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَوَرُهَا، وَالْمَرِيضَةُ الْبَيِّنُ مَرَضُهَا، وَالْعَرْجَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَرَجُهَا، وَالْكَسِيرُ الَّذِي لَا تَنْقَى "، قَالَ: فَإِنِّي أَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ نَقْصٌ فِي الْأُذُنِ وَالْقَرْنِ، قَالَ: فَمَا كَرِهْتَ فَدَعْهُ، وَلَا تُحَرِّمْهُ عَلَى غَيْرِكَ
