( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَنَا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ:
أَنَّ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ رَأَى هَدَايَا لَهُ فِيهَا نَاقَةٌ عَوْرَاءُ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ أَصَابَهَا بَعْدَمَا اشْتَرَيْتُمُوهَا، فَأَمْضُوهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ أَصَابَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَشْتَرُوهَا، فَأَبْدِلُوهَا
