أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ قُرَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى عُمَرَ ؓ فَقَالَ لَهُ: أَجْرَيْتُ أَنَا وَصَاحِبِي فَرَسَيْنِ نَسْتَبِقُ إِلَى ثَغْرِ الثَّنِيَّةِ فَأَصَبْنَا ظَبْيًا وَنَحْنُ مُحْرِمَانِ، فَمَاذَا تَرَى ؟ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ لِرَجُلٍ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ: تَعَالَ نَحْكُمُ أَنَا وَأَنْتَ. فَحَكَمَا عَلَيْهِ بِعَنْزٍ
