أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو شَيْبَةَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، ثَنَا مُجَاهِدٌ قَالَ:

جَاءَ نَفَرٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالُوا: إِنَّا أَنْفَجْنَا ضَبُعًا فَرَدَّدْنَاهَا بَيْنَنَا فَأَصَبْنَاهَا، وَمِنَّا الْحَلَالُ وَمِنَّا الْحَرَامُ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ: إِنْ كَانَ ضَبُعًا فَكَبْشٌ سَمِينٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ ضَبُعَةً فَنَعْجَةٌ سَمِينَةٌ، قَالَ فَقَالُوا: يَا أَبَا عَبَّاسٍ، عَلَى كُلِّ رَجُلٍ مِنَّا، قَالَ: لَا، وَلَكِنْ تَخَارَجُوا بَيْنَكُمْ
