فِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنِ الشَّافِعِيِّ، حِكَايَةً عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ:
أَنَّهُمَا كَرِهَا أَنْ يُخْرَجَ مِنْ تُرَابِ الْحَرَمِ وَحِجَارَتِهِ إِلَى الْحِلِّ شَيْءٌ
