( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

أَنَّ الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ أَهْدَى إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ بِقُدَيْدٍ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، عَجُزَ حِمَارٍ، فَرَدَّهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْطُرُ دَمًا
