حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدَانُ الْجُهَنِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُدِلَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُرَدُّ دُعَاؤُهُمُ: الْإِمَامُ الْعَادِلُ، وَالصَّائِمُ حَتَّى يُفْطِرَ، وَدَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ يَرْفَعُهَا اللهُ فَوْقَ الْغَمَامِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَيَفْتَحُ لَهَا أَبْوَابَ السَّمَاءِ، وَيَقُولُ الرَّبُّ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: بِعِزَّتِي لَأَنْصُرَنَّكِ وَلَوْ بَعْدَ حِينٍ.

✧ Three people's supplications are not rejected: the just ruler, the fasting person until he breaks his fast, and the supplication of the oppressed. Allah raises it above the clouds on the Day of Resurrection, opens the gates of heaven for it, and the Lord, Mighty and Majestic, says: 'By My might, I will surely aid you, even if after a time.'
