حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَدَنَا وَأَنْصَتَ وَاسْتَمَعَ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَزِيَادَةُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ، قَالَ: وَمَنْ مَسَّ الْحَصَى فَقَدْ لَغَا.

Translation

✧ Whoever performs wudu' on Friday and does it well, then comes to the Friday prayer and draws near, remains silent, and listens, he will be forgiven what is between that and the next Friday, plus three additional days. He said: And whoever touches the pebbles has engaged in idle talk.
