وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

إِذَا أُكْرِهَ الِاثْنَانِ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ وَاسْتَحَبَّاهَا، فَلْيَسْتَهِمَا عَلَيْهَا

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ When two persons are compelled to take an oath and both desire it, let them cast lots for it.
