- Rasūl Allāh ﷺ
✧ The Children of Israel used to bathe naked, looking at one another’s private parts, while Moses ﷺ used to bathe alone. They said, “By Allah, nothing prevents Moses from bathing with us except that he has a hernia.” He said: One time he went to bathe and placed his garment on a stone, and the stone fled with his garment. He said: Moses ran after it, saying, “My garment, stone! My garment, stone!” until the Children of Israel saw Moses’ private parts, and they said, “By Allah, there is no defect in Moses.” The stone then stopped, so that it was seen, and he took his garment and began striking the stone. Abu Hurayrah said: “By Allah, there were six or seven dents on the stone from Moses’ striking it.”
