✧ A wolf came to a shepherd of sheep and took a sheep from them. The shepherd pursued it until he snatched it from it. He said: Then the wolf climbed onto a hill, sat on its haunches, and raised its tail. It said: 'You went to a provision that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, provided me and snatched it from me.' The man said: 'By Allah, I have never seen a wolf that speaks like today!' The wolf said: 'More amazing than this is a man among the palm trees between the two lava fields who tells you what has passed and what will be after you.' The man was a Jew, so he came to the Prophet ﷺ and embraced Islam, and informed him, and the Prophet ﷺ believed him. Then the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Indeed, it is one of the signs before the Hour. A man is about to go out and not return until his sandals and his whip tell him what his family did after him.'
