✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: I am destroyed. He said: What has destroyed you? He said: I had intercourse with my wife during Ramadan. He said: Can you find a slave to free? He said: No. He said: Are you able to fast two consecutive months? He said: No. He said: Are you able to feed sixty poor people? He said: No. He said: Sit down. Then a large basket of dates was brought to the Prophet ﷺ, (and the 'araq is the large basket). He said: Give this in charity. He said: To those poorer than us? There is no one between its two lava fields poorer than us. The Messenger of God ﷺ laughed and said: Feed it to your family. And one time he said: He smiled until his canine teeth appeared and said: Feed it to your dependents.
