حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ وَالْمُجَالِدُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَاهُ
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا حِينَ رَجَمَ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ، ضَرَبَهَا يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ، وَرَجَمَهَا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَقَالَ: أَجْلِدُهَا بِكِتَابِ اللهِ، وَأَرْجُمُهَا بِسُنَّةِ نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ
Translation

✧ When Ali stoned the woman from the people of Kufa, he flogged her on Thursday and stoned her on Friday, and said: I flog her according to the Book of God, and I stone her according to the Sunnah of the Prophet of God ﷺ.
