حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَدْ

عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ، فَهَاتُوا صَدَقَةَ الرِّقَةِ: مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمًا، وَلَيْسَ فِي تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةٍ شَيْءٌ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَتَيْنِ، فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ

Translation

  6. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ Qad

✧ I have exempted you from the zakah of horses and slaves, so give the zakah of silver: one dirham for every forty dirhams, and there is nothing due on one hundred and ninety. When it reaches two hundred, then five dirhams are due.
