حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْسُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى أَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ: ثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً، وَعَشَرَةٌ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ذُكُورٌ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ ruled that for one killed unintentionally, his blood money is one hundred camels: thirty bint makhāḍ, thirty bint labūn, thirty ḥiqqah, and ten male banū labūn.
