  4. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar

✧ I saw him near the Kaʿbah, next to the Maqām: a brown man with lank hair, placing his hand on two men while water dripped (or trickled) from his head. I asked, “Who is this?” It was said, “ʿĪsā b. Maryam (or al-Masīḥ b. Maryam—I do not know which he said).” Then I saw behind him a red man with curly hair, blind in the right eye, the one I have seen most resembling him being Ibn Qaṭan. I asked, “Who is this?” It was said, “Al-Masīḥ al-Dajjāl.”
