Musnad Ahmad 6072

Translation

✧ Ibn Umar heard a man say, 'By the Ka'bah!' He said, 'Do not swear by other than Allah, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Whoever swears by other than Allah has disbelieved and associated partners.'
