✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say on this pulpit while prohibiting people, when they enter ihram, from what is disliked for them: "Do not wear turbans, shirts, trousers, hooded cloaks, or leather socks, unless someone is compelled to wear them and then cuts them below the ankles. And do not wear any garment touched by wars or saffron." He said: And I heard him prohibiting women from gloves, face veils, and any garment touched by wars or saffron.
