حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
نَادَى رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَاذَا يَلْبَسُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا تَلْبَسُوا الْقَمِيصَ وَلَا الْعِمَامَةَ وَلَا الْبَرَانِسَ وَلَا السَّرَاوِيلَاتِ، وَلَا الْخِفَافَ إِلَّا أَنْ لَا تَكُونَ نِعَالٌ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ نِعَالٌ فَخُفَّيْنِ دُونَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ. وَلَا ثَوْبًا مَسَّهُ وَرْسٌ
Translation

✧ A man called out to the Prophet ﷺ: What garments should the pilgrim in ihram wear? He said: Do not wear shirts, turbans, trousers, hooded cloaks, or leather socks, unless one cannot find sandals; if one cannot find sandals, then leather socks cut below the ankles. And do not wear any garment touched by wars (a yellow dye).
