حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُسْأَلُ عَنِ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ بِأَرْضِ الْفَلَاةِ وَمَا يَنُوبُهُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ وَالسِّبَاعِ ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: إِذَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ قَدْرَ قُلَّتَيْنِ لَمْ يَحْمِلِ الْخَبَثَ

✧ I heard the Prophet ﷺ being asked about the water that is found in the lowland areas and what comes from animals and predators for drinking. The Prophet ﷺ said, "If the water is equal to two large bowls, it does not carry impurities."
