حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ

إِنَّ الْيَدَيْنِ يَسْجُدَانِ كَمَا يَسْجُدُ الْوَجْهُ فَإِذَا وَضَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَجْهَهُ فَلْيَضَعْ يَدَيْهِ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَهُ فَلْيَرْفَعْهُمَا.

Translation

✧ The hands prostrate as the face prostrates. When one of you places his face, let him place his hands, and when he raises it, let him raise them.
