حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ السِّمْطِ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

سَيَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ بَعْدِي يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ، وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا لَا يُؤْمَرُونَ.
