Translation

✧ My son died and I grieved over him, so I said to the one who was washing him: "Do not wash my son with cold water lest you kill him." So 'Ukkashah b. Mihsan went to the Messenger of God ﷺ and informed him of her words. He smiled, then said: "What did she say? May her life be long!" He said: "And I know of no woman who lived as long as she lived."
