machine translationAbū Isḥāq al-Sabīʿī narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Al-Thawrī, Ziyād b. Ḥabīb, Abū al-Aḥwaṣ, ʿAmr b. Abī Qays, Ibrāhīm b. Ṭahmān, Abū Bakr b. ʿAyyāsh and Warqāʾ narrated it from Abū Isḥāq, from Abū Salamah, from Umm Salamah. Al-Mughīrah b. Muslim contradicted them: he narrated it from Abū Isḥāq, from al-Shaʿbī, from Umm Salamah, and that is an error on his part. Yūnus b. Abī Isḥāq said, from Abū Isḥāq, from al-Aswad, from ʿĀʾishah, and that is not preserved (maḥfūẓ).
