حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُرَّةَ أَبُو الْمُعَلَّى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَحَلَّ مِنْ قَتْلِ الدَّوَابِّ، وَالرَّجُلُ مُحْرِمٌ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ الْحَيَّةَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ، وَالْغُرَابَ الْأَبْقَعَ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْفَأْرَةَ. وَلَدَغَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَقْرَبٌ فَأَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهَا، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the killing of certain creatures while a man is in ihram: the snake, the scorpion, the vicious dog, the pied crow, the kite, and the mouse. A scorpion stung the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he ordered that it be killed while he was in ihram.
