حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

لَوْ رَأَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا أَحْدَثَ النِّسَاءُ لَمَنَعَهُنَّ الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا مُنِعَتْ نِسَاءُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ

Translation

✧ If the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had seen what women have introduced, he would have forbidden them the mosque as the women of the Children of Israel were forbidden.
