حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ بَدَأَ بِكَفَّيْهِ فَيَغْسِلُهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ بِيَمِينِهِ عَلَى شِمَالِهِ فَغَسَلَ مَرَاقَّهُ، حَتَّى إِذَا أَنْقَى أَهْوَى بِيَدِهِ إِلَى الْحَائِطِ، ثُمَّ غَسَلَهَا، ثُمَّ اسْتَقْبَلَ الطَّهُورَ وَأَفَاضَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wanted to perform ghusl, he would begin with his hands and wash them, then pour with his right hand over his left and wash his private parts, until when he had cleansed them he would rub his hand against the wall, then wash it, then face the purification water and pour it over himself.
