حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عُرْوَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ

أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نُكِحَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهَا؛ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ، ثَلَاثًا، وَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْهَا، فَإِنِ اشْتَجَرُوا، فَإِنَّ السُّلْطَانَ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ.

✧ Any woman who is married without the permission of her guardians, her marriage is invalid—three times—and she is entitled to her dowry for what he has had from her. If they dispute, then the ruler is the guardian of the one who has no guardian.
