✧ A man asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was standing at the door, and I was listening. He said, “I wake up in a state of major ritual impurity while I want to fast.” The Prophet ﷺ said, “I wake up in a state of major ritual impurity while I want to fast.” The man said, “I am not like you. Allah has forgiven you your past and future sins.” The Prophet ﷺ became angry and said, “I hope to be the most fearful of you of the Lord, Mighty and Majestic, and the most knowledgeable of you of what I should avoid.”
