✧ Abu Bakr entered upon us on the day of 'Id, and with us were two slave girls singing about the day of Bu'ath, a day on which the champions of the Aws and Khazraj were killed. Abu Bakr said, "Servants of Allah! Is this the flute of Satan? Servants of Allah! Is this the flute of Satan? Servants of Allah! Is this the flute of Satan?" He said it three times. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Abu Bakr, every people has a festival, and this is our festival."
