حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
جَعَلْتُمُونَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْكَلْبِ وَالْحِمَارِ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي وَأَنَا تَحْتَ كِسَائِي بَيْنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ فَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَسْنَحَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى أَنْسَلَّ مِنْ تَحْتِ الْقَطِيفَةِ انْسِلَالًا

✧ You have made us like the dog and the donkey. I saw myself under my cloak between the Prophet ﷺ and the qiblah, and I disliked to pass in front of him, so I slipped out from under the blanket, slipping away.
