حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ النَّاسَ عَامَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَقَالَ: مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَبْدَأَ مِنْكُمْ بِعُمْرَةٍ قَبْلَ الْحَجِّ, فَلْيَفْعَلْ. وَأَفْرَدَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْحَجَّ, وَلَمْ يَعْتَمِرْ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded the people in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage, saying: "Whoever among you wishes to begin with an 'umrah before the Hajj, let him do so." And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the Hajj alone and did not perform 'umrah.
