حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدٌ أَوْ عُبَيْدٌ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ الَّذِي يَشُكُّ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

أَنَّهُمْ أُمِرُوا بِصِيَامٍ، قَالَ: فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ بَعْضَ النَّهَارِ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ فُلَانًا وَفُلَانَةَ قَدْ بَلَغَهُمَا الْجَهْدُ
