حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ وَقَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ مَرَّةً يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ أَوْسٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ زَمَنَ الْفَتْحِ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ، فَقَالَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ، صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ، وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ، أَلَا إِنَّ كُلَّ مَأْثُرَةٍ تُعَدُّ وَتُدْعَى، وَدَمٍ وَمَالٍ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ إِلَّا سِدَانَةَ الْبَيْتِ، أَوْ سِقَايَةَ الْحَاجِّ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ خَطَإِ الْعَمْدِ - قَالَ خَالِدٌ: أَوْ قَالَ: قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ - قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا.

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave a sermon at the time of the conquest - and he said once: on the day of the conquest of Makkah - and said: 'There is no god but Allah alone, He fulfilled His promise, helped His servant, and defeated the confederates alone. Indeed, every inherited privilege that is counted and claimed, and every blood and wealth, is under these two feet of mine, except the custodianship of the House and the watering of the pilgrims. Indeed, the victim of quasi-intentional killing' - Khalid said: 'or he said: the victim of unintentional killing resembling intentional' - 'the victim of the whip and the stick: one hundred camels, forty of them pregnant.'

machine translationThis is a hadith about which there is disagreement on the authority of al-Qāsim b. Rabīʿah. It is narrated from him from Ibn ʿUmar, and from him from Ibn ʿAmr. Ḥumayd al-Ṭawīl narrated it as a mursal report from al-Qāsim b. Rabīʿah, and Khālid al-Ḥadhdhāʾ said: from al-Qāsim, from ʿUqbah b. Aws, from Ibn ʿUmar. And this is more likely.
