حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ صَاحِبُ الزِّيَادِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَتَسَحَّرُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ السَّحُورَ بَرَكَةٌ أَعْطَاكُمُوهَا اللهُ [عَزَّ وَجَلَّ] فَلَا تَدَعُوهَا

Translation

✧ A man entered upon the Prophet ﷺ while he was having the pre-dawn meal, and he said: 'Indeed, the suhur is a blessing that Allah [Mighty and Majestic] has given you, so do not abandon it.'
