حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ قَالَ قَالَ
أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ لِقَوْمِهِ أَلَا أُصَلِّي لَكُمْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَصَفَّ الرِّجَالُ ثُمَّ صَفَّ الْوِلْدَانُ خَلْفَ الرِّجَالِ ثُمَّ صَفَّ النِّسَاءُ خَلْفَ الْوِلْدَانِ
Translation

✧ Abu Malik al-Ash'ari said to his people: "Shall I not lead you in the prayer of the Messenger of God ﷺ?" The men formed a row, then the children formed a row behind the men, then the women formed a row behind the children.
